Students at Georgetown University voted overwhelmingly to increase their tuition costs to pay reparations to some 272 slaves sold by the university in 1838.

Let us set aside for a moment that all 272 slaves are now dead, and let’s also set aside the discussion of reparations in general.

Instead, let us focus on how Georgetown–a college with more than $1 billion in endowment funds–managed to convince its students that it was THEIR responsibility to pay for the alleged misdeeds of the university they attend.

That, my friends, is some serious white guilt.
